I never saw a message about it. If it's in white I usually have a quick look but don't really read it as it's ususally server or map messages.
 I was downstairs for about 10 mins while on a map before lag. And I sometimes minimise game to change mp3 volume.  And if I do read messages from people I usually say something.  Well, things happen.

Im sure Nikita when she reads the messages here wont be too upset about the slight lag for a short time, and it looks like she missed your message in the game.

I sent Nilita a message in game chat that the IC NA Server would be lagging for about an Hour on the AM of the 14th as my wife was uploading some photos to one of her web sites.
 Perhaps she didn't see the message. It will happen for a short while on the AM of the 15th as well since we had a ne Grandaughter on the 14th.  Sophia in the pink corner weighing in @ 7# 11 oz and a length of 20.5 inches wearing the dark hair and pacifier with a bow. Sorry for the trouble, but you know Grannies and pictures MuHaHa....

Ping times are between you and the server, we have not heard of anyone else having a constant high ping to the IC server for the last few days.
We will keep an eye on things but you will probably find that the ping time will return to normal given enough time. If you cant play in that server for a while you might be able to get better ping times to the IC PW or IC NA server.
