Hey guys. I came here because you all make the best maps I have ever seen in the bms format. I have always used nile. I wanted to try to make maps in the bms format but do not know where to start. I would need the editor, and a lot of tutorial help. Most of the tutorials I have seen is about the nile. I already know how to use nile. I dont know where to start with any med tool.

.bms files (Binary Mission Source), I think, in this case(jo) comes from the Xmed, (in the download section). There is a special version for the I.C. Mod (International Conflict), but the ordinary XMed will do for TR, ESC and Reality.
You will find a manual along with the XMed and therein is almost all You need to make a mission.
To make a good working map You will need to use wac-commands, You are probably familiar with those from the nile, but there are some differences between those that work with nile and Xmed. (I'm not going to elaborate on these, because there are people that know more about this than I do).

Think I'll give up on this. I did a lot of reading but still can't figure it out. Seems a lot harder than nile.
