Well you have to say Nova did learn a couple of things from last time. This time they have killed all the forums so we can't bitch, secondly they have updated the one liner from 'weekend' to 'week' - they still don't say which one though.

Novalogic filled for bankruptcy (chapter. 12, not 11) back in April. The way I see it, chapter 12 allows for the business to divide up their debts and resume credits (return balance sheet to zero) and re-open or sell the company to a willing investor.

So, I'm inclined to speculate that Novalogic has shutdown and forsaken support for titles like DF2, BHD, DFX and JO.

They will probably re-start once again in late November or December in order to start a-new-business supporting only Angel Falls...

It makes a good financial rescue plan.

Well as I see it I'm just waiting for Call of Duty Black Ops to come out and play that in Co-Op mode. The longer Nova is down the less likely it is I would come back and play JO.

This stinks, I'm seeing Jo sites close down because of this. I'm not mad but I am way disappointed that they run a company so badly. They have dug a hole every time they do this and each time the hole gets deeper. I don't like seeing friends split up like this. (-: 50 lashes to you NOVATURD for bad business management.

we all feel the same way. unfortunately it is the way it is, This morning Mary and I were talking and even before turning on the computer I said Nope no nova I betcha.

well like Prot it is time to go out and see if there has been any new additions to the family. (that scares me)

Mary has liked it I went out and cleaned the rain gutters. worked on the car and truck, going to get pins to put the snow plow back on the atv. I may next clean out the garage

The game is not all that important. (do not throw rocks at me) but the game is what brought people from all over the world together in one place. People I game with I miss you all. and hope we all can find something that will bring these friends back together

What about other games too? Has anyone tried Arma 2? The demo looks good but not enough info. I don't want to get too deep into a game if it's gonna suck!

Haven't played JO well over a year now and friends of mine a couple of weeks ago asked me to load it up again as I have been playing CoD4 all this time. So it's my fault I guess as I have loaded it up again and bang it's down.

I always wondered why I uninstalled it. I will keep it on for a couple more weeks to see if it fires up again it'll be good to run around a couple of maps with you guys again.
