This type of ladder has been used here in Europe for many yars now. Have not seen that brand name over here, but the consept is the same.
Can get them with 3 knee-joints too.
Be sure that the joint can handle 300lbs or more.

I've not used it, but have heard about it. Seems like a pretty handy ladder to have, although I think it is pretty expensive for a ladder.

Honey, run and get me the credit card....and bring me another beer!

Well, I saw the info-mercial for this, it looks cool, but geez, I have enough other important things to spend monies on, lol!

Did you see the infomercial outtake where the guy take a digger off the thing? Well worth hearing the crack as he hits the floor and seeing the hosts' faces go white. ;)

Has been on sale in the uk for a few years. Top rage one sells for £180.
Might be 33 ladders in one but you can only use 1 at a time lol

I think it's safe to say that every household over here has it.
I would'nt have been without it, very handy and makes you feel quite secure.

i have and use three....well not since i was injured but i have them. if you are only wanting one ladder and you use it only once or twice a year this is the kind to own.

however i use it in special situations only, mainly as scafolding for doing basement hvac installs or for installing attic turtle back fans which must be wired from the inside of roof..or replacing drive motors in those fans (sometimes pitch of roof is over 15 feet over deck of attic floor, and its kind of hard to get a extention ladder through a house and into the attic.) other than that i think they are a pain in the a**..too heavy for everyday use. and folded they take up a space 2ftx2ft 4ft high.

but if you plan on using it all the time with no plans for high (roof) access get a 8 footer you want the orange fibreglass ladder ratted 300 lb.
heres a list of ladders we have.
3 foldingladders
9 4ft step
17 6ft step
16 8ft step
4 10ft step
2 12ft step
2 20ft extention
16 32ft extention
1 40ft extention
