Mary and I for the first time in 11 yrs of marriage had a chance to take a vacation together. We had plans of going to see my daughter in Manitu Springs Colo. and to Dallas TX to see semphi fi. Baton rough LA to see our beloved HmS Tiger. and then off to Hueytown AL to see HmS pistolero. to see HmS quick and GeorgeP in alanta georgia, then to Ohio to see speedskater and to see dustflap in terrea hute indiana. it was 4435 miles ride and we had seven days to do it. we would have not gotten any sleep no time to eat or get gas and no time to stop and say hi. I really do appoligise and maybe when we get two weeks off next yr we can see every one.

went to Yellowstone Naltional park and looped through idaho and wyoming it was beautiful landscape. took us 6 days but Mary wanted to spend the night only after a few hours of driving. The Harley ran really good and was a joy to drive through the canyons of yellow stone and wyoming. found inexpensive hotels that were nice and beds were comfortable so that was not a problem, we did almost get rained on but dodged the bullet with that.

Mary is sun burnt really good from the nose down on her face and yes we did a sun screen but on a bike you just cannot hide from the elements.

To those we wanted to meet and see I am sorry we did not get a chance to do so this yr BUT we WiLL

That yellowstone is GOD"S country... Now you have been in the wilderness first hand, where you are lunch not the critters... Be sure and post some pix of the lower falls so they can see the yellowstone canyons...
