I've been playing around with Nile and its little helper. Gonna try Xmed in a while.

Do you guys know of an (easy) way to test your selfmade map??
I'm building a coop map, but when I want to test it I have to log in to novaworld and host the map to test it. This takes some time to load it an everything.

How do you guys test your maps?

Create your map in the normal way but instead of clicking on Novaworld click lan and start a local server using your map.

We test our maps via Novaworld with the rest of the squad, we usualy find and point out something that needs changing, many eyes make light work as they say.

If you wanted to go over maps with us we are always up for a map test, so login to Ventrilo and we would be happy to have a look.

Turn all your bgs blind and you can host on a Lan to check everything works, ie, bgs go to the correct 50cal or helo, once your happy going our VT and we would be happy to test it with you, I dont know whatb connection you have but to have 10 in your server you need at least 448kb upload.

Thanks guys....

That works fine...
Once my maps are ready I will be glad to put them on a testserver so we can test them..

It's gonna take some time, because I'm still figuring out the map editor. But that's part of the fun...
