I’m working on a completely renewed site that celebrates where we came from: our history and the golden days of Hardmaps.com. Here’s what you can expect: Our history: the story of Hardmaps, the people, the maps and the moments that made this community what it was. A brand new forum: a fresh place to reconnect, reminisce and talk about whatever’s on your mind. The old games: info about the games we played, mapped and lived in back then. A download section: maps, files and other content from the Hardmaps era, preserved in one place. Server status: where possible, an overview of which servers are still running, if any. Your story: a place to share how you’re doing these days, and what Hardmaps meant (or still means) to you. Whether you were here every day or just lurked now and then, I’d love to hear from you. To make this happen, I’m currently collecting as much data as I can, both old and recent: maps, files, screenshots, server info and anything else that belongs to our history. A lot of it has been scattered or lost over the years, so if you still have something on an old hard drive, backup or forgotten CD, please get in touch at hardmaps.website@gmail.com or reply here. Every bit helps. So many of us spent countless hours here, and I think it deserves a proper home again. I’ll post an update as soon as I made some progress. Thanks for being part of Hardmaps, then and now. *HmS*NoN | ||
