  Registered Member #2870 Joined: Fri May 25 2012Location: UK Posts: 15 | hi, i have installed the vx mod on 2 pc's in my house. we both have original copies of dfx. we can play on ur dfx server together but on ur vx server we cant, it will only let 1 of us join. have u any idea's wot the problem would be as we used to play on this mod together. thanks red | ||

Captain Slow Registered Member #3 Joined: Fri Dec 19 2003Location: Scotland Posts: 4651 | I would say port settings as well, go into your game.cfg and change the port settings to a different port from your other pc. If your not sure how to we can post the right bit to change. | ||

| Captain Slow Registered Member #3 Joined: Fri Dec 19 2003Location: Scotland Posts: 4651 | mpnovaworldportmin = "32768" mpnovaworldportmax = "32768" Change both to a different port, you should not have to open it on your fire wall, it just makes the game use a different port than the other computer thats playing. | ||
