Captain Slow    Registered Member #3 Joined: Fri Dec 19 2003Location: Scotland Posts: 4651 | I dont think you can have 2 versions of vt running on one machine, we use the latest 2.3 version so you would have to uninstall 2.1.4 then reinstall 2.3 and then click the automatic login in our main menu which will start up your vt and connect you to the server, it puts all the correct details in so you dont have to worry about that. I dont no how its done coz im NOT CLEVER.... i just press the buttons i just need to input your IP address the port and the passwords and i should connect ok useing 2.3 only you dont have that information on view .. | ||

| *HmS*Ranger Six Registered Member #19 Joined: Mon Dec 22 2003Location: griffin, ga, usa Posts: 1157 | just to reiterate for the others...the steps are 1 install vt 2.3 2 start the program and create your name and the "phonetic" for your name(what the program says when you join,usually your name) 3 close the program 4 go to our home page and click the "auto vt login"(vt must be closed in order for this to work) 5 start talking and enjoy! | ||
