This looks to be either a Novalogic error code or a Punkbuster code.

This does not appear to be an issue on the Hardmaps server side. Thanks for letting us know!
A little week ago, the server TR2 kicked us all. Since that, he doesn't appear in servers list.
So I play everyday on server TR NA (between 19pm an 23pm - french hour). I don't have any problem (except some lag, sometimes).
About Punkbuster :
I don't know how to find my punbkbuster version. But : Everytime i install Joint Operations, I copy/paste these files in joint ops directory, and i never have any problem with punkbuster (at least with HmS servers)

We dont have punkbuster on our servers anymore, its far too old to do any good now and Nova dont support it now, coop servers should not have too much of a problem with cheaters.
PB still has a screenshot capture function for admin that can catch those using chams. For aimbots and other type of hacks we would need the full feature of PB and that was discontinued back in 07' .. maybe 06'
NW2 still uses the PB screenshot feature .. seen Wupass post one on KFK Snake using chams in the NW2 forums
The HmS NA JO:TR COOP Server is experiencing frequent connection interupts (CIs) as of late, some lasting as long as 30 seconds. Some map's we're averaging between 5 or 6 CIs.
Is the server dedicated? Do y'all accept donations in order to purchase more bandwidth?
I am root. If you see me laughing, you‘d better have a backup!

Be assured: all our servers are dedicated and CIs are usually not caused by bandwidth which should be more than enough on any of our hosts. Most often these CIs are caused due to failures in the network routing process. Most of that is done by an internet provider, yours or ours or someone in between. We are usually limited to solving the part of it we can control: our own routers and server machines.
We do take complaints seriuosly, but please bear in mind: everyone of us is hosting in his spare time, time taken from familiy and friends and our own gaming time.
So please be patient if we, once or twice a year, do not deliver the same level of support a professional company does.
We all have a private life! Which might be more important some times, I am sure the problems will be solved as soon as the host finds the time to take care of it. Until then, I recommend any other server of the 10 JO servers we host for Your entertainment.... Thank You!
Do not be mistaken, we all appreciate what you and HmS do - it's why we play on your servers. And we all appreciate a quality of life, so I'm not asking that you sacrifice family time for the sake of game time.
But I would beg to differ the relationship between connectivity and available bandwidth, but we can do that through a private correspondence. Thank you for providing what has to be one of the last original remaining JO servers.

Easy: Imagine a road with 2 lanes and imagine a road wtih six lanes both parallel to each other. Traffic runs smooth on both roads, all is fine. Now imagine another road crossing both roads with lights on both roads which just now switch to red in both cases. On which road does the traffic run faster when the lights are red, the two lane road or on the six lane road?
Let's say JO needs a 56k modem to run properly ... which would deliver usually around 48.0 kbit/s, Jo will take a good part of that, but not all, since the requirements usually do guarantee a good gaming experience. Lets say there is 8 players on a JO server: 8*48 = 384 kbits/s Lets say you experience a CI while being one of the 8. Lets say the host has a line with ADSL (mind not even ADSL2!) which will deliver 12,288 kbit/s download and 1,440 kbit/s upload Now we substract 384kbit/s from 1440 kbit/s (You may use a calculator if available) and see what's left ... ...oooups.... And now we rethink the theory of missing bandwith for a JO server and start looking at facts: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OSI_model might be a good starting point...
(Hint: there is 7 layers of which every single one must function to deliver the signal and that is multiplied by the number of devices Your signal runs through to get from Your PC to the server and back ... Starting with Your PC we have the most important stations of Your signal: the game, the operating system, the hardware driver, the network card, the network card of your modem, the modem network card driver, the modem operating system, the modem network card driver, the modem network card and just now the signal leaves Your home ... count for a rough 10 to 20 different routers and switches at Your provider, might be some more on the internet back bone that is connecting Your provider to the national network, routing the traffic overseas and into the national newtork of the host, the 10 to 20 devices .... bla, bla bla.... and retour bla, bla, bla)
I guess You get the idea, why mocking a host, with the sentence like "Is the server dedicated? Do y'all accept donations in order to purchase more bandwidth?" might just be not received in a good mood?

You also should bear in mind that the NA server is based out of the US - and right now there's this thing call a HURRICANE thats reeking havock on everything. Rather difficult to keep good line integrity with 160kmph+ winds whipping phone/cable lines all over the place.
The last thing I want to do is hurt you. But it's still on my list.

So that I, the host of this server, do not seem non-responsive, I will say this.
I spent days working on Poncho's CI issues already with nothing I could do to resolve them. Poncho, you can keep posting of your problems, and other hosts and moderators are welcome to try to help you sort them out, but I'm not spending any more of my time and effort on it. I'm convinced they are caused by something other than my host machine and my internet connection, and are thus beyond my control. And beyond Hardmaps ability to control.
