Ok your probably going to hate me for this as im sure many before me have posted pleading for help. heres the thing... Ive made my first AAS map in JO using NILE, the map is (even if i say so myself) rather bleedin good, and for that NILE is a good tool. But ive started a COOP map and..... i can do the basics like get AI to jump in a car, chase you, shoot you. as for other things like gettingh AI to jump in a car and follow a waypoint....again... ive tried switching between NLH6 and NILE and that seems to totally screw everything up (as i have read in a few posts). ive read a few things on other tools to use on the forum and that is just as confusing. so after all that. whats the simplest and easiest tool for controlling your AI in Joint OPs PLEAAAAASE.

Well..there are two things....
I just started using NILE myself. Lot's of things are difficult to handle in Nile. F.I Nile can't handle events. So you have to write your wac code yourself. (That's the safest way) NILE also can't handle Groups. So if you want an event to take place after your 150 Ai's are dead, you'll have to state that for every AI in your wac code...That's a lot of line's (read typing).
As long as your on godfathers forum. Take a look around. Lots of info there for working with Nile. They've helped me a lot.
The other tool for building COOP missions is Xmed. You can find it here on the forum. Haven't used it myself yet. (first have to finnish my NILE map). But everyone on hardmaps says it's great.
Xmed can handle groups and event's, so this makes it a lot easier and you don't have to write tons of code... The guys here can help you enough with this. Because I still have to start using it I will let them Guide you through it..(Maybe later I can ask you questions about it)
Anyhew...hope I helped you a bit with your question, I wish you good luck and lots of fun making maps...
