I have been kicked of the ventrillo, i have had i problem with my connection kept loosing it so i had to restart the vt i did that 2-3 times over approx 1 hour. Last time I tried this message poped up. You have been kicked of the ventrillo because: Duplicate IP limit Reached!! HELP what do i do | ||

Captain Slow   Registered Member #3 Joined: Fri Dec 19 2003Location: Scotland Posts: 4651 | When you loose connection you dont logout of vt so the server keeps a ghost of you (it thinks your still there), you might have seen this before when people have more than one of themselves, the server is set for security reasons that no more than 3 people from the same IP can join the server, if you loose your connection and join 3 times the server sees the same IP address and wont let you join until it removee one of the ghost images from the server. Check our vt status, to see when a ghost of you have left, it takes a couple of minutes for a ghost to leave once the server realises. So dont worry you will be able to join, just fix your connection if you can next time before joining vt....big hammer usually helps! | ||
