Hello..

I've got the following problem.
At the end of my mission a helicopter is comming in to pick up the players.
This works fine..

However, when the helicopter approaches the last waypoint of the list and has to land, it bounces of from the oildock en starts hovering at a height which is to high for me to get on the chopper...

Ive tryed to set the waypoint a bit higher and again and again. Changed the radius (made it smaller) but nothing seems to work.

What is wrong here?

its because of the buildings bounding box, (the 3d collision architecture) it interfears with the choppers collision box and hence the chopper stays well of it.. ( there is a more advanced explanation for it too hehe ) well the only way to come around it im afraid is to lower the last waypoint so mucha that the chopper stays on the platform, its a trial and error thing, just need to experiment with the waypoint placment and its radius. its hell to do and often uu dont get the result you want. but good luck

/T

try two waypoints one just above the platform then another below it flies to just above the platform then straight down towards the next the platform.....then do a timer count after the players load the chopper (to allow time for others to get on" then remove the lower waypoint and the chopper takes off for the next weaypoint.....i think that the way it could be down but dont actually now the codeing to do it that way.

Finaly I got it working.... Took me some time( 2 days) to find the right solution..
The missions ends.

The two waypoints didn't work either. the chopper just kept bouncing back up again.

You will see the results soon..
