At a guess I would think that LW doesnt like the graphics drivers that have been designed for Vista.

Vista also uses Direct X 10

What is it doing, what error are you getting ?

If you find a fix let us know but as yet we havent heard anything, Vista is too new and not many have it, your a brave guy lol

Think there is a way to force a program to run under an XP format - sorta like when it changed from w98 to XP there was a function to allow running programs under previous OS - not sure if that will work or not.

It loads ok and gets to the servers screen but wont join the server it just freezes like the server has crashed and you cant join, tried it with all security off and a direct connection to the net but with no luck

is this the end of life as i know it !!!!!!!!!!! weres the nearest highest building

PS do you have a counseling server for suicidal players

Thanks

Chris

I know there's an issue with Vista running FPS games. I've read it somewhere on a forum..

Maybe try googeling it....

I will look if I can find it again..
