Looks like somthing went wrong with Your data ... We could reset them (basically deleting everything connected to You) or You have to wait until I find some time (I estimate something like 10 to 20 hours of concentrated work) to figure out hat is happening and why and how to fix it, if possible. Since I do not have that amount of spare time at the moment, You have the choice of waiting until I have the time or having Your stats reset right away. If You want to help me testing, play with a different playername and report if the stats are correctly counted with the new playername or not. | ||

Im glad you still play on our servers, it is a shame it doesnt work correctly for you, it does for others, so like cardinal says, do you take the red pill or the blue.......... *HmS*Wedge wrote ... At the top of the stats page we have a statement that lets our players know that the stats system is still not 100% If we had the answers to your questions we'd also have the solution. Unfortunatly Novalogic updated the game which rendered the original stats system uncompatable with novas latest version, as that system isnt being supported anymore it fell on babstats to try and provide a stats system. We provide servers for people to play in, we cant, and have never tried, to guarantee to record every players stats in every game we host. All we can do is wait for updates for the stats system, if you want you can contact the babstats team here they, im sure, can answer your question in a much more direct way. | ||

I know of several players that have this same issue, I'm just the only one who voices this issue in hopes of rectifying the problem. At any rate HmS Wedge, you better get a bunch of pills ready, as this is a much broader stat problem then was originally suspected. LOL  And on a second note: I have tried to contact Babstats, the funny thing is you have to join and be accepted before you can ask a question, so after several months of waiting I have still not received a confrimation email from them....so another dead end!  | ||

| Ron Wood Registered Member #2514 Joined: Tue Dec 29 2009Posts: 51 | And one thing is important too, the babstats multitracker has a setting (something about anti stats padding) and if just one player is on the map the program dont send data to the scripts' database. If that settins is enabled the default minimum limit of players is 2. Only for two players or more the stats are updated. Excuse me if i'm wrong... And there is another problem whith that player (no.1) with no name. That player earn points of all players that played alone in maps. There is an update of the scripts at babstats.com that solve this problem. Maybe Cardinal can do this update (provided by Palle) See you in more games Ghost, and btw Happy Birthday man! Registered Member #1489 Joined: Sat Nov 11 2006Location: Münster (Westphalia), Germany Posts: 1216 | @Ron: Since we know, that a lot of occasions occur where people need to play the maps on their own, we do not have the statspadding option set. @Ghost68: Rest assured, we have pills for everyone ... And quit waiting on babstats, it looks like the developers abandoned Babstats. No updates, no fixes and no news there anymore. I check from time to time, but come away frustrated every time. Our dilemma is, Babstats is the only (nearly) working stats system out there ... if too many people are upset and angry about it, the only viable option is to disable it for good, since it was definitly not designed to take away from the fun of the game. | ||

I am not addicted to that statistic. I just play for fun. I appreciate your work to keep this working and alive (the site, servers, forum,etc). Don't disable the stats, that's my opinion.
