From time to time, that may involve us helping you update your games or game mods, or even making recommendations based on our own experience as to things you may try for your PC. Please keep in mind that WE ARE NOT A TECH SUPPORT WEBSITE! We are a DFLW, DFTFD, JO, JO:E, DFX GAMING squad. When you ask questions here, more often than not our squad members take time out of their day to search the web and other locations to try to help you find answers to your problems. We may be able to help, and we may not. I suggest that you first try searching the internet and tech support sites for Novalogic, for Novalogic games, for EvenBalance, for Nvidia, for ATI, for Microsoft, or for anyone else. Try the sites for your game provider, your hardware provider, or software provider. They have people that know their products much better than we ever could, and that actually get paid to help you! If you have trouble that is specific to our Novaworld servers, address those questions to us in the Hardmaps Game Servers Thread here in the Public Lobby.
