After playing GRAW 2 it is hard for me to go back to DFX. The game is so intense and the graphics are jaw dropping. It has had 3 patches so far but we still get issues sometimes. I can play for one and a half hours with no problems and then out of nowhere it will crash. Typical Ubisoft, they always release a game before it is fully tested. But it is the best war on line shooter I have seen so far.

I got the game today, it has COOP !! omg a game that includes this as a multyplayer option wow.
Still trying to find my AT4, the game is not as straight forward as JO, more tactical and slow and low than rush in and get shot, and you WILL get shot in this, very sharp AI who will duck and move around when they see you, also make sure you shoot them first shot!
Graphics are good, Crysis still holds my prize for best yet, but this is good, smooth and has nice details. You wont see many green things, sun, sand and dust.
I really havent tried the single player yet, much more fun having friends instead of bots on your team, the little i saw is good and well thought out.
A simplified loadout would be better instead of choosing kits, much better to pick which things you want (didi mention i cant find the darn AT4)
No medic in this, you die you run, i think from the last objective completed, so you will be doing lots of running as being shot is going to happen on a frequent basis, darn tanks !
Hosting wise it takes large amounts of BW and a good cpu, coop mode is upto 12 players with campaign mode upto 4 players or 6 if you use one of the mods available.
Min requirements are low but most computers need to have fairly good specs to run it to get the most from the good graphics and not suffer from dreaded fps slow down in the more intense parts.
After reading forums it seems theres a debate as to if fraw 2 is better than graw.
Game spy account required to play online.
For: Good graphics, coop mode!, game play, coop mode!, nice weapons, large amount of custom maps and mods and it has coop mode!
Against: Confusing weapon arrangements, ctd problem the patches seem to create.
To finish, nice and hard game where you really need a good team working together to complete the goals, maps will take a long time to do, you get 4 coop maps and the campaign maps as standard to play, others you will have to download, every person needs to have the maps installed who want to play.
Now someone tell me where the flipping AT4 is please!

DVD drives for computers are very cheap and really easy to install, most modern games now will be on DVD so you had better get yourself one, you just got a new graphics card m8, get a DVD to go with it so you can enjoy the new games.

If you have a cd player, all you have to do is swap out the dvd for it - just plug the cd cables into it. XP should automatically figure this out and voila - yer in business.

Ok, so some of us have been playing GRAW 2 in the coop mode and campaign mode online, and I must say it is really quite good. I prefer the campaign mode, as when you die, you spawn on your team leader, instead of back miles from the action. Of course, the problem with campaign mode is you are limited to 4 online players.
Coop mode online you progress to the individual goals, and must complete before you can spawn anywhere other than at the initial spawn point. Was a pita in the canyon map (whichever name it is) to run about 600 mtrs after death to come back to the team. Still, with the right maps, it is really very fun to play coop mode in GRAW 2.
Graphics are really pretty good, though not the best I've seen. Superior to JO by far, but fall short of Crysis (of course, what doesn't fall short of Crysis in graphics?). Game play is pretty good too. Once you get used to setting your weapons in the beginning (which can't be changed through the mission), it's good. You can pick up weapons along the way, but after you die, you don't keep the picked up weapons. Also, there is no medic ability, which would be nice.
All in all, GRAW 2 is a good coop shooter, and is very fun to play! Takes a little getting used to, but what new game doesn't?
