My favorite college Football Team is University of Alabama, known as the Crimson Tide. I am an alumni there, and at a couple of other schools, but Alabama is the best! They play here- Bryant Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama Since it's college football, favorite players come and go, and sometimes go on to the NFL. But here's a video of Tyrone Prothro making an unbelievable catch, now affectionately called "The Catch" by Tide fans... My team has won a total of 12 National Championships in football - 1925, 1926, 1930, 1934, 1941, 1961, 1964, 1965, 1973, 1978, 1979, and 1992. Although we ONLY claim these 12 titles, there are five additional years in which the NCAA's official record book recognizes the Crimson Tide as national champion: 1945, 1962, 1966, 1975, and 1977 - check the record book . All I can say is Roll Tide, roll... And thank God it's football season! | ||
