Ok something happening novaworld2.com just gone offline completely again, maybe a server reboot lets see.
It appears to trace into the verizon connection (0.ae1.RES-BB-RTR1.verizon-gni.net [152.63.32.142]) this is the gateway to the network where they had the test page on for the last week still so its not another move, could this be the end of the darkness.... OH GOD LET THIS BE THE END THE MADNESS IS STARTING TO TAKE ME...
Update: Well its been 20 minutes now and still no sign of the server so it look for the moment its just yet more darkness and not the magic reboot to greatness and goodness, im not sure i can take much more and my blood will be on novas hands if darkness doesnt come to an end soon ha.
Kovoet dude those stats for 72.67.0.25 which was novaworld2.com's do you now if thats the new one or the old one.
strangely it still resolves on a whois to that 72.xx ip however the trace resolves to the verison network, forgot what it was before the down and change.
Update 2: just noticed novalogic.com (72.67.0.20) is now also down and joined the black hole after being the only remaining nova site on the net :( its not looking good :(
Novalogic 27489 Agoura Road Suite 300 Agoura Hills, CA 91301 United States
Phone: 818-880-1997 Fax: 818-865-6405
Phone number rings gets connected and then has an internal ring (either telco pbx or internal phone system) and after 10 seconds says invalid phone or grouplist number as if the phone systems internal forward extension (ive programmed a few) doesnt exist anymore, like well the office was empty :(
The fax number however just rings and rings on an internal extension or at the pbx :( which isnt good at all.
5th Fl.,70-74 City Rd., London, EC1Y 2BJ, United Kingdom ()44 20 7324 8900, 44 20 7324 8919 fax,
I tried the uk number (disconnected) but no answer same on the fax number :( noooot good
So what do we think guys, the CEO has stopped answering emails, no ones heard a single thing since the day it went off two weeks ago, and what little came back from the black out has now gone again and taken the remaining sites with it.
No one will answer the phones or faxes are either disconnected or turned off.
Its not looking good at all, i dont want to be the angle of death but have a look at nova's facebook profile:
John of rome.ro appears to be friends or know john garcia who is nova's ceo, so someone might want to email him and ask if he can make contact with mr garcia.
23826 Malibu Cove Colony Dr Malibu, CA 90265 John A Garcia
Although it would appear since 2006 - 2007 he was leasing it out for private parties and company events through a company called Fingerprint commincations (ran by Jessica Meisel), so again it doesnt look like its been flowing gold for him the last few years.

Gives a strange tone, maybe someone who knows USA pbx's better knows what the tone is, sounds like an old school busy tone to me ? Ah skype said it was a phone network error again not good. Now it tells me its disconnected or not in service just great.
the only site still alive is novawarfare.com whihc acroding to wiki is owned by novalogic (its partially stopped working since all this happened but not down)
Administrative Contact: Freaks Network, Corp Dana Garvey (webteam@freaks-network.com) +1.8884101452 Fax: PO Box Los Angeles, CA 90501 US
They might be able to answer questions if someone can call them ?
Update i just managed to try it and it just says failed every time for me.
Ummm searching on staff it would appear a far old amount of staff so far left in 2004 ish
ok well it appears back, well as much as it was 24 hours ago...
according to the twitter post: HQ relocation is the reason.
Like i said earilier i had seen the networks change when monitoring with tracert, but if they had said data center move... instead of upgrade im sure we would have all understood what the hell was going on.
Instead we got ever increasing blackness and only part of the picture told to us.
The hq move explains all the number problems... So good news is looks like they dont plan to shut up shop, bad news is this is probably the 2nd or 1st worst PR disaster nova has ever had.
The last thing I want to do is hurt you. But it's still on my list.

Just seen on the Novalogic.com web site:
Last week, Novalogic's scheduled server downtime allowed us to integrate our development and server centers in order to accommodate better gaming experiences. During this process we identified several improvements that could be addressed before going back online. We've decided to extend the downtime to see these changes through. NovaWorld has been running for 13 years with hardly any interruptions, and was due for a major upgrade. We understand this may be a frustrating inconvenience for our customers, but we'll try to ease the process by posting updates here on our home page and on Tiwtter.
So all may not be lost after all.... but it sure would have been nice to have been informed during the whole process. It would have eased everyone's concerns and prevented a lot of rumors running amouk.
Yeah man, who ever in charge of nova's marketing dept at the moment want sacking straight away this was a big old mess. Like you said tiger it should have never happened.
They didnt want to initially mention the move, two office into one, thats called down sizing, but why lie or forget to mention it, some spin would o done fine. Instead it initially got passed off as an upgrade to benifit the consumers.
Then they leave one web site live, that to eventually dissapears along with email/website/phone support, leaving on man and a twitter feed to let us know whats going on.
Now im sure other people could have done what i did and just keep on digging until something turned up. Hopefully my pain will save the pain of the many (god bless you spock) ha.
So NOVA read this and sack who ever organised this and decided the level of public communication during the perioid would be little short of nothing at all, its a pharse and i say have at you sir.
