I'm having trouble with the hardmaps Joint Operations TR 2 server right now. Connecting to the server fails most times, and when it doesn't fail it takes 4 times longer as usual to connect and load the map. When the map finally starts, the Transfer and Receive buttons on the left-top are blinking red all the time, and I can only play for like 5 minutes before Punkbuster kicks me for "ignoring MD5Tool queries". I haven't seen that message before, and since I didn't change anything in my JO folder I think it's caused by the lag as well that the server doesn't receive the results of those queries in time.

Since nobody else was on the server (I had to kill the 50cal and minigun guy myself without a medic to revive the 4 times I died ), I don't know if it's my connection that is lagging or the server. So does any else has the lag on this server or do I have to check my own internet connection?

As allways its a good idea to check your conection, try to ping the server, it could just be the route to the server.

Maybe its needing a reboot, i dont think its had one for a while, could just be getting its knickers in a twist.

If your still getting it after its been rebooted then let us know and we can do a bit more investigation, thanks for letting us know.

A few minutes after I posted this I noticed the server went down, it didn't appear in the list anymore and server status said it was offline. When it got back online, it seemed to work perfectly again. I played some maps and there was no more lag in the server, and no more punkbuster kicks.

So it seems everything is working fine again
