All explained. There is no problem with the server machines. There are two ip addresses because Comcast has two ips, one for the mac address of the modem, one for the internet.
I have logged into my work computer remotely and could create the same problem you showed on your tracert, and could solve that problem by changing settings in my router here at home. You are timing out there because I have random internet requests blocked in the router.
I have no idea why you are losing packets, but after several hours spent with my Comcast tech, I'm convinced it is not because of a problem in my lines or equipment.
Best of luck in sorting out the issues on your end.
Yes, thanks for speaking with Comcast. When I join any other server in Nova (Apple Bowl, Armored Fist, Crazy Bastards, etc ...) I have zero packet issues.
So what you're saying is, having set your modem to block random internet requests isn't effecting my connection to your server through your modem?

The router is set that way, not the modem. The router has been set that way since I first started hosting several years ago.
So yes, I'm saying that setting is not causing your problem but is causing your tracert results.
And I'm also saying that I've now spent about 5 hours total testing this line from different locations from Georgia, USA, Colorado, USA, and some from England and get no problems with it at all. I have no idea why you are losing packets. What I do know is that you aren't losing packets because of any problem with the server machine, network, or lines.
I believe the NA TR COOP Server is experiencing link issues. We try to join the server and a DGC024 error stating login is either absent, invalid, or expired is popping up. The NA JO:E COOP Server is still up and running.
For the last couple of days (close to a week) we've been experiencing frequent CIs and periods of no packet flow (not just me).
I'm afraid that's not the case .. the NA TR COOP Server is still not allowing logins .. as a matter of fact, it's still on the same map from last night .. HmS Servers rotate maps faster than that.

I just checked that server, and there is no problem on the server end. It has been up and running since I ran updates on that machine 2 nights ago with no problems. It has not been down at all since then.
As it was before, I'm sure the CIs are not server related.
