How many of you folks during the winter get one of them really bad chest colds that just hang in there?? I do every year and it sucks big time.. If your like me and want to get rid of it fast.. do the fallowing... 1 take 2 tea spoons of Vapor rub 2 2 tea spoons of mentholadum 3 one small cap of kersone or Lamp oil. mix all to gather in a pie tin (NOTE use one you will not need any more as it will not be usuable for bakeing after this) place the pie Tin on a burner on low heat and leave till all is milted..place a towel in the drier and heat it up.. when hot take small rag and rub the mix on your chest and place the hot towel on top of your chest..let the mixture stay on the chest till it is cold.. then take a hot shower and wash off the mix... I know it sounds weird but it works ... moms old home made medican lol..chest will clear up and you will fell better .. (Note if you do this warn your family as this does tend to smell a LOT!!!! even the dogs run and hide when I do it lol but only for an hour or so .. just though you might like to try it .. Make sure your not alergice to kersone or Lamp oil before trying this Echo11 (17) (94)

I never get this kind of illness. I believe its a matter of eating healthy stuff. That means salad every day, fishoil- and garlic "caples", orangejuice and so on. And, if you can control it, a glass of redwine every day.

I believe your all looking at this wrong. I like getting sick! Getting the flu lets you know your still alive by making you wish you were dead. It also gives you a valid reason to stay home and watch those old shows you haven't watched in years. If your sick enough no one will even come near you so you will have total privacy. Another great perk of getting the flu is that YOU CAN SHARE IT! Nothing says I love you more than a 102 degree temprature with frequent dashes to the toilet to vomit, night sweats, and intense body aches. I just spew in a pan myself. Being sick also helps the economy. Buying cold and flu remedies keeps some of the largest conglomerates alive and well.....the pharmaceutical companies which, without them, we wouldn't have those cheap buzz producing medicines like Ny-Quil, Robitussin, or Sudafed. So remember; Being sick helps you, the ones you love, and it helps the economy. Just think of it as "Taking one for the team". Hope this helps you all. Peace.

HMMMM,I know I just read that Die Trying likes being sick!!!! He must really be sick in the head lol I for one know his statement to be wrong... I have been sick for the last week or so and he has been telling me on a daily basis that " I better hope he doesnt get sick as well" now that doesnt sound like someone who enjoys being sick. Me myself I really hope he dont get sick there is nothing worse then a man being sick... I personally would rather deal with my kids being sick..I think kids handle being sick alot better then men do so for my sake I am really hoping Tom dont get sick lol I just came up with a brilliant idea I think if Tom axctually does get sick I am going to lock him in the closet till he feels better so if you dont see him playing on the games yo will know why lol (23) (79)
