I feel it is a grand thing to look back on the last yr and reflect on what has been going on. I see a 55 yr ole Fart joining a squad and being accepted in to a very elite group of people, (I am quite proud of this and the *HmS* squad I now belong to) Being picked to be a Moderator, this has been a great learning expereince (watch the spelling) Trying to be wise and fair at the same time. *HmS*Wedge thank you for your guidence in this area. I have met on VT alot of players from around the world that have made me smile and have alot of fun with. (well a few pita's in there too) Some of you I will never forget and a few I will always call friend. and I hope situations work out that *HmS*JustMe and I can meet face to face our *HmS* friends this summer. I feel the meeting of people with different politics and religions and out looks on life has been the most important part of the Hardmaps Community. Look around a those we play the game with...... from the North American continent, Greater Europe, Scandinavia area, and the middle east, and the lower Hemispere also (Austrailia and New Zealand) we all have different ideas and feelings but we get together and talk, discuss, air views and then most of all we are a team against the bad guys and we are working as a team. gotta love it. We have had a bit of strife this yr but due to our Command Staff it was smoothed over very nicely. Good JOb guys. In the squad we have had birth of children which we all rejoiced (way to go *HmS*OBB) and we have had loss of friends of friends, which we all gave our condolences and feelings. In s crisis situation we all pulled together and cared about our squad mates and friends that were caught in the Katrina Hurricane this summer in the US. I really care for you all. Not only the *HmS* squad but all on VT that I have gotten to talk to. When *HmS*Trevor ran Hardmaps5 in Landwarrior, he had a saying "We are family more than just a Server" This is very true and isn't it just great. Of all the gangs around the world to belong to I really like this one. Thank you for letting me be a part of this. Thank you for letting me Play. Thank you all for joining together in the arms of cooperation and war against evil forces (whoa) But most of all thank you all for letting me get to know you all (94) (501)

I've not met a nicer guy in my life. Very diplomatic too. It takes that kind of character to lead, and you are great at it. The hosts, moderators, and the rest of *HmS* do what we do for the squad because we share your vision, and truly enjoy the environment you have created. We want to help make it better, and we feel that way because of you, Wedge! Hardmaps RULES!! And here's (53) to another great year in 2006!!
