Should be online again on Tuesday, maybe earlier. 08th of October 2017: Servers down due to software and hardware maintenance. Should be back online around 18:00 (CET) on the 9th of October. 05th of June 2015: Both servers up and runnnign again. But the stats tool keeps crashing every 5 minutes. Looks liek it does not liek Windows 8. I let the servers run without for the time being, so You can play and set up a new virtual machine and try Win7 or XP. Sorry for the missing stats... 03rd of June 2015: Took longer than expected, but that's what you get,if you only have 45 minutes a day to debug a whole new setup. JO IC is up again. Please report, if you encounter any problems. ICE will follow soon. 05th of May 2015: New parts ordered ... hopefully everything get's delivered before the weekend ... 28th of April 2015: Both servers down, PSU told me to quit nagging about putting out power ... need a replacment, but pretty busy in real life atm... bear with me for a couple of days ... sorry! 3rd of March 2015: IC down due to sysdump and database probs while trying to restart at Nova... too late now ... need to quit, will try to bring it back up tomorrow, sorry! 28th of June 2014: Massive problems with the line. Connection lost now and then. On Monday or Tuesday the want to dig up the cables and check. Obviously there will be no servers online while they fiddle with the cable. 7th of April 2014: Server up again. New antivirus and personal firewall software: Please give feedback if stuff does not work! 06th of April 2014: Server down, due to powercut ... (I was fixing some lights outside and triggered the FI-switch)... Doing updates and software maintance ... will be up by tomorrow evening again 19th of May 2013: Upgraded the water cooling system, running watertight integrity test now, server should be back online on Monday, because my internet access is finally established ... 13th of April 2013: both servers down, due to moving into a new home, and a big failure of my ISP to provide a working internet access on the 1st of April as promised... Servers will be down until my internet access and phone gets established. 6th of January 2013: IC running, stats system is still down. 1st of January 2013: Server down due to hardware failure. Might take some time. Will keep You posted and try to get it back up a.s.a.p.! 6th of February 2012: Server down due to hardware failure. Might take some time. Should be back online in the afternoon (CET). 26th of February 2011: Servers down due to software and hardware maintenance. Should be back online on Sunday evening if possible. 19th of September 2010: Servers down due to software and hardware maintenance. Should be back online in the evening. 29th of July 2010: Connection interrupts in the last couple of days due to problems on the line. ISP is working on it, should be back to normal soon! 3rd of February 2010: Servers down due to technical issuses. PSU down, waiting for replacement. 23rd of November 2009: Server down due to hardware upgrades and software updates. 16th of October 2009: Server down due to hardware upgrades and software updates. 18th of September 2009: Provider announced a faulty connection for all customers in my area. Should be solved until the morning. Servers may be down. 9th of September 2009: Servers down due to extensive work in our flat. 24th of August 2009: Servers down due to maintenance work by ISP. Estimated end of downtime 15:00 GMT. 21st of August 2009: All is well! Hopefully for a long time to come! 20th of August 2009: Servers down to optimize the setup and eliminate lag. Downtimes may occur in the next two days. Stats system not running at the moment! 04th of August 2009: Servers down due to technical issuses. 26th of July 2009: Server still down due to unknown technical issuses. Downtimes may occur until the problems are fully investigated and solved. 25th of July 2009: Server still down due to technical issuses. Downtimes may occur until the problems are solved. 24th of July 2009: Server down due to technical issuses. Downtimes may occur until the problems are solved. 15th of July 2009: Server down for a short time due to software maintenance 28th of June2009: Both Servers down for maintenance operations. May be down or have short outages until 29th of June 2009. 14th of June 2009: Server down for a short time due to software maintenance ('Hardmaps IC' as well!) 28th of May 2009: Server down due to work on the line 22nd of May 2009: Server down for a short time due to software maintenance 01st of April 2009: Server down for a short time due to software maintenance 18th of March 2009: Work is done. Server will hopefully run without further problems. 17th of March 2009: Server down. Maintenance operations. 14th of March 2009: Problems with the server hardware  : Downtimes may still occur. Thanks for the game last night, it was fun even though I died almost 50 times [wow thats a tough map to play alone] I was really glad of all the company, help and meds you gave ... *Salute* Look forward to playing again ... After you left I played on till the very small hours ... 3 AM or so ... I had just completed another killer map [took nearly 2 hours] - Destroyed the Command Centre at the top of the hill and - Crash - the server went down ... Bugger - didn't even get to see how badly I had done ... lol Just a heads up - and a thank you for all you do for us ... Cheers ...  | ||

And lucky as You are, there is no need to keep track of who runs which server, since in the end they are all run for your amusement by:       And I'll be happy to meet You in a couple of days on the servers again (my internet in the new flat is connected, now I just need to get some stuff cleared out of the way before I have the time to game again!) ... even on the ICE PW   (But I have to admit that Gravediggers way has its merits!  ) | ||

It used to be that it would pop into the top right of my browser underneath the "hardmaps" header (dark green banner at top of page) it did this with both firefox and now google chrome. I would simply restore down my browser smaller, then maximize it and it would be available...now its not working at all | ||

Well lets say, Rory managed to get the flat into a stage where moving is possible again and everything really nescessary (computers, coffee machine, dishwasher, clothes and TV) are functioning and accessible. On Monday I will bring roughly the half (42) of the boxes we lend for the move back. We're still waiting for the living room furniture (couch is already there!). No place to store all the books and DVDs at the moment. And the kitchen will stay a provisional thing until the worktop is installed (we estimate in about 8 to 10 weeks). But the flat is really nice, close to the city and my workplace (nearly walking distance in both cases) and very silent as opposed to our old one (underground train vents right across the much used street with a carpenter in the backyard).
