A multiplayer shoot-em-up, like Battlefield3 but of course simplified - no super fancy graphics here. But for being free, the graphics are actually pretty good. You can customize your character completely. You get a prin=mary rifle, a secondary sub, and a pistol - plus assorted goodies like grenades. You can carry a primary sniper rifle, or assault, or machine gun, with a secondary like a P90 submachine, or a shotgun. The default guns you get right away are good. As you play you get points which you can trade in to get stuff like better abilites (faster health regen, run faster, lighter armour, etc) It looks like at some point in its development you'll be able to upgrade guns as well - haven't played enough yet to check that out much. Its still in Beta - so they are changing things and not all options are available. You can host a game - with password - but it will be unranked unless you rent a server (of course). No, it doesn't add extra "bots" to fill it up. Also not sure just yet if you can join a friend through steam to make sure you are on the same team. Whats really nice is it looks like you don't need a kick-ass computer to run this. Its very simple and with low-res settings even a basic PC should be able to run it with no problem. Here are the requirements: Minimum: OS: Windows XP SP3 or higher Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8GHz or similar AMD Memory: 2GB of RAM Hard Disk Space: 2GB of HDD space Video Card: nVidia 9600 or similar ATI, 512MB dedicated video memory, Pixel Shader 2.0 Recomended: OS: Windows XP SP3 or higher Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0GHz or similar AMD Memory: 4GB of RAM Hard Disk Space: 2GB of HDD space Video Card: nVidia 570 or similar ATI, 1GB dedicated video memory, Pixel Shaders 3.0 Be interesting to see where this goes.
